Paul Zimmerman made Hong Kong his home in 1984. He is the Pokfulam District Councillor and CEO of Designing Hong Kong, a non-profit organization. Paul promotes interventions wherever he sees bad planning and wherever he sees that policies, processes or institutions are not working the way they should. Paul has a Masters in Social Science (Economics) from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, and a Masters of Arts (Transport Policy and Planning) from The University of Hong Kong.
