About

After a research career with the Ministry of Defence, Pierre-Louis joined French water company Veolia in 2000. From 2001-2006 he co-managed construction of the North Brussels wastewater treatment plant (1.4 million inhabitants) as operational director of the concession company. He next joined French multinational Bouygues Construction, where he was bid manager on a number of successive PFI projects, then was deputy managing director on the new French Ministry of Defence PFI. The past five years he has been managing director on the new Paris Courthouse PFI. His project portfolio represents over 2 billion euros of investments.
