Mr. Pratik Shah is a Senior Project Manager at DeSimone Consulting Engineers with over 12 years of work experience with various aspects of structural engineering including design of new buildings, repair and renovation of existing buildings, and structural forensics. His specific focus include high-rise buildings, structural analysis and design, value engineering and peer reviews. He is an expert in design of post-tensioned. Mr. Shah’s portfolio includes the design of several high-rise buildings in New York city and Miami, including 125 Greenwich Street, a new 900 foot tall, 60-foot wide residential tower and 520 Fifth Avenue, a 920-foot, 73-story mixed-use building.
