Mr. Steve (Qing) Zuo has experience in the structural design, investigation and review of a variety of building types, including super high-rise, office/commercial, residential, sports/entertainment and healthcare facilities. He has considerable experience in contract negotiation, day-to-day management of all structural design aspects of a project with the architect, coordination of structural drawings with members of the project team and supervising project engineering design staff. Steve is also well versed in conducting structural investigations of existing and proposed structures.

Steve has been involved in the design of many high-profile projects in China over the past several years, including Shanghai Tower, Ping An International Financial Center, Wuhan Center, and the Tai Koo Hui project in Guanzhou.
