Mr. Raichey Zheng graduated from Qinghua University in 2002 with a master degree in Real Estates Study and undergraduate dual degrees from School of Civil Engineering and School of Economics and Management. He joined China Resources in July 2002, and is currently the General Manager of China Resources Shenzhen Bay Development Co. Ltd. He is responsible for the development, construction and operation of the China Resources Shenzhen Bay mixed-use development. During the construction of China Resources Headquarters (CRHQ), Mr. Zheng put forward the idea for the overall construction as both a vertical flow and horizontal flow in segments.
