Mr. Zappa holds a degree in civil ergonomics engineering from the “Politecnico” of Milan and has more than 30 years of experience in the elevator industry. He is member of several Italian, European and International committees, institutions and associations committed to the continuous improvement and development of safety and engineering standards in elevator products.

During his professional career, he has gained significant experience in the development of innovative and unconventional mechanical and engineering solutions for the design and manufacturing of elevator components, including glass and fire-resistant executions.
