Robin brings nearly 30 years of Otis sales and marketing experience at regional and global levels to her role. She moved up through the company since joining Otis in 1990 as a sales representative, and has since held several positions of progressively expanding responsibility within Otis Americas, including Director of Marketing, North America Area and later, Vice President of Service and Marketing, North and South America Area. She most recently served as Vice President of New Equipment Marketing & Strategic Planning.
Today, Robin leads our global teams responsible for New Equipment product strategy, sales and marketing, key accounts and Global Major Projects. She also works closely with our Engineering, Digital Technology and Operations teams to develop innovative market-leading products for Otis customers. Robin is a member of the Otis Executive Committee.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Union College and an MBA from Fordham University.
