Hugo Ronald Mischek was born in Vienna on 1 October 1966. He studied at the Vienna University of Technology, graduated as a diplomated engineer in 1993. In 1993 he joined the company of Dipl.Ing. Hugo K. Mischek at Gerasdorf, providing a key contribution to the development and production of a state-of-the-art computer-controlled manufacturing plant for large concrete elements, operated by Mischek BAU AG. In 1996 he passed state examination for civil engineering and the trade licence examination pursuant to Section 226 (1) of the Austrian Industrial Code. In 1998 he left the civil engineering office DI H.K. Mischek after setting up his own company (Mischek Ziviltechniker Ges.mbH.) as a majority shareholder in December 1997.
