Zheng is responsible for China Resources Center projects including the China Resources Building, the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Xingfuli, The Mixc mall the Shenzhen Bay Sports Center (which held the opening ceremony of the 26th World University Summer Games in 2011) and the project management of China Source Shenzhen Bay International Business Center (China Source Group headquarters). He has a wealth of experience in construction technology and project management.
