Shengwei Xue graduated from the School of Architecture, Xiamen University in 1995. He studied at Huaqiao University for master's degree from 1995 to 1997. In the year of 1996, he went to the University of Oklahoma of United States to continue his education of master's degree in architecture. After graduation, he entered RTKL and served thirteen years in the Dallas and Los Angeles branch offices. He collaborated with domestic and foreign developers on numerous urban redevelopments, planning and architectural designs of large urban complexes. In 2011, he returned China to join CAPOL and led the team to complete the projects of Huarun City Wanxiang World, Upper Hills, Pingshan Liuhe Town, He Zheng Guan Lan complex and many other huge commercial complexes’ planning and design.
