About

Dr. Yoshikai is one of leading structural engineers of Kajima Corporation. He is serving as Deputy Manager of the Architectural Design Division and also serving as a Board of Directors for Architectural Institute of Japan and active member of structural engineering committees and associations. Dr. Yoshikai played a key role in developing the Kajima Cut and Take Down Method to safely demolish a high rise building from the bottom up. He received a doctor’s degree from Chiba University through his studies for the design methods for steel structures to prevent early rupture around welding areas.
