Simon Koster is a principal at JDS Development Group, a real estate development, construction, and acquisition firm based in New York City. Mr. Koster oversees project management teams, development planning, and design across all projects. JDS has developed over four million square feet of property across New York and South Florida, with an additional seven million square feet under development. Projects include Walker Tower, 626 First Avenue, Stella Tower, and 111 West 57th St. Mr. Koster graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Materials Engineering, and the University of Michigan with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
