Terry L. Hayes is Senior Vice President, Labor Relations and Operations for the New York Times Company. In his role, Mr. Hayes is responsible for The New York Times Company relationship with its unions. He also oversees newspaper production at its College Point, N.Y. Printing Plant, management of The New York Times national print production at 26 contract print sites, the print production of The New York Times Sunday and T Magazines, the Safety and Security Departments and the New York Times Real Estate and Facilities Operation.
