Thomas is an Architect by profession. He is also an Accredited Mediator of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. He has over twenty years experience in constructing industry working in Hong Kong and China. His career and interests covered the major aspects of the project management demanded in large scale properties development projects.
Thomas joined Ping An Real Estate to assume the position as the CEO of Shenzhen Ping An Financial Centre Construction and Development Limited Company in Apr 2012. His responsibility is to oversee the construction and Development of the PAFC project.
Before joined Ping An, he worked in Sun Hung Kai Properties, one of the established properties developer in Hong Kong. He was appointed the Project Director of Sun Hung Kai Properties of various projects. His major project experience are Shanghai IFC, Suzhou ICC & Hong Kong ICC.
