Vincent Yau is a chartered member of RIBA, educated and has worked in the U.K., Hong Kong and mainland China on a range of projects covering urban regeneration, master planning, building design and project management. He has over 15 years of experience in China property development projects and he is a Senior Project Director of New World China Land. He is the Project-in-Charge of the Tianjin CTF Finance Centre, a 398,000-sqm mixed-use development with a 530-meter skyscraper. He is also the Project-in-Charge of the Wuhan CTF Finance Centre, a 650,000-sqm mixed-use development with a 475-meter skyscraper.
