Zhang Yong is the Chief Structural Engineer at Suzhou Gao Long Property Development Ltd. (a subsidiary of Wharf China Development Limited). Zhang has over 30 years of structural engineering experience and has led and overseen the structural design and construction of a number of large-scale property developments projects in China. His notable past projects include the 282m tall the Gate of the Orient in Suzhou, the 339m tall Wuxi International Finance Square in Wuxi, and the 528m tall Beijing CITIC Tower during the concept stage.
Zhang latest endeavor is the 450m Suzhou International Finance Square in Suzhou, China for Wharf.
