Dr Young Wong is a Director with Arup and global leader for fire engineering skills network. He has a wide range of experience in fire safety engineering and the application of performance-based fire safety design. His project experience includes some of the tallest buildings in region, including the PingAn Finance Centre, Shanghai World Financial Centre and Landmark 81 in Vietnam.

Young has expert knowledge in the field of Structural Fire Engineering, which is the subject of his PhD research. He currently leads a group of specialists in Arup Hong Kong that include Fire Engineering, Digital and Resilience, Security and Risk.
