Dr. Kuang is now leading Advanced System Technologies, Digital Innovation and Power Electronics & Electrical Architecture teams in SRDC. She is responsible for the development and deployment of new HVAC&R system and digital solutions to support Carrier’s new product development and service growth and help to drive systems and digital innovations within and across regions.

Dr. Kuang has been working in HVAC&R industry for more than 17 years. Before joined Carrier in 2010, she worked as a staff engineer at UTRC China responsible for building & HVAC system simulation, integrated solutions, control optimization, renewable energy and green building design. She also led several Intelligent Building Management System (IBMS) pilot projects in China in the role of Carrier AdvanTE3C (Asia) engineering leader during 2010~2014.

Yuhui got a PhD in Cryogenics & Refrigeration Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) in 2004 and an MBA degree from SJTU-Euromed Management France Marseille in 2010. She holds more than 30 patents and published several academic papers in national and international journals.
