Allan is currently a project architect in Gensler Chicago. Previously, he was an associate in Goettsch Partners. With a strong technical background, he serves as a project architect, working on many of the firm’s highrise office, hotel and mixed-use developments throughout China. Given his technical focus, he is also heavily involved in the design and detailing of the building enclosure and curtain wall systems for these buildings.
Select work in China includes 730,000-square-meter Zhengzhou Greenland Metropolis Project, the 40-story Nexus Center office building in Beijing; a 200-meter-tall residential tower in Tianjin; the 26-story, 400-key Grand Hyatt mixed-use development in Guangzhou; the 21-story Soochow Securities Headquarters in Suzhou; and the three-tower, 410,000-square-meter Nanjing International Center mixed-use complex.
