Mr Andrew David Fassam is the Senior Director of Urban Planning for the Conservation and Urban Design Group at the Urban Redevelopment Authority, Singapore, which is the country’s planning and conservation authority. He is an architect by training and holds a master’s degree in town and country planning. He is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Royal Town Planning Institute in the United Kingdom.

Andrew has extensive experience in planning and urban design, both locally and overseas. He is responsible for the planning and urban design of Singapore’s City Centre and the place management of several of its key districts, including the new extension of the Central Business District at Marina Bay.
