About

Mr. Groesbeck has over 35 years of experience working on mixed use and tall building Construction in the United States, China, UAE and Europe. He has worked for SOM, I.M. Pei & Partners in New York and is a Principal with VOA Associates Incorporated in Chicago and Beijing. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana where he received his Master degree in 1980.

Mr. Groesbeck worked on tall building projects at both SOM and I.M .Pei & Partners. Recent tall building experience includes the Jimen Hotel Mixed Use Development in Beijing, the Shenzhen Pioneer Park Development in Shenzhen and the recently completed Roosevelt University Mixed-Use Academic Center which is connected to the Historic Auditorium Theater in Chicago. Mr. Groesbeck is engaged in new town planning in the United States and China.
