Christopher Horch, Associate Partner at JB&B, has overseen the design of HVAC systems for commercial, university and research facility projects worldwide, including such high-profile projects as One Vanderbilt, which, upon completion, will become the second tallest office building in New York City, and the TWA Hotel, the highly anticipated reimagination of Eero Saarinen’s landmark TWA terminal at JFK International Airport. He has developed and integrated engineering solutions that skillfully facilitate the negotiation among technology, science and medicine, including numerous research and university facilities in New York, among them the New York Genome Center, a 170,000 sq.ft. LEED Gold laboratory/office infrastructure and fit-out project within an existing office building.
