Danny Shih received an executive MS in Marketing from the Zicklin School of Business, at the City University of New York.

He has 12-years of experience in commercial real-estate, along with 8 years of experience at TAIPEI 101, Taiwan, mainly in charge of office leasing.

He has specialized in office, retail, and residence leasing, and also has familiarity with property management of high-rise buildings, servicing apartments and luxury shopping malls, and marketing, specifically his proficiency in market segmentation.
