David Healy leads the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineering team in WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff’s London office. His tall buildings experience includes two major contributions to the London skyline. Mr. Healy led the M&E team through the construction phase of The Shard, the tallest building in Western Europe. He is currently leading the M&E design for 40 Leadenhall Street, a commercial office building arranged as two towers, with the taller 34-storey tower reaching to approximately 170 m high.
