Derek Fraychineud has been working in the development and construction industries for over 40 years. Some of his notable contributions include: the rehabilitation and reconstruction of Columbia Pictures Film Studios for Sony Pictures in Culver City, California with Kavco LLC; the development and vertical construction for the 1,100 acre master planned community of Playa Vista in Marina Del Rey, California (formerly the Howard Hughes Airfield and Manufacturing Military Facilities) with Playa Capital Company LLC; The Master Planned Development at 9th and Colorado, in Denver, Colorado (27 acre mixed-use Master Plan Community) with CIM Group LLC; and Leading Development of The Independent in Austin, Texas, a 58-story luxury residential condominium tower with CIM Group LLC.
