Doug Baldock leads Building Services for high-profile high-rises worldwide. He joined Ramboll as a Director in the High Rise Spearhead in April 2021, to lead the MEP department and has led the MEP engineering design on a number of high profile high rise projects in the UK and internationally. Baldock prioritizes interdisciplinary, systems thinking for sustainable, regenerative designs that promote novel solutions for society. Prior to Ramboll, Baldock led the design and engineering program for Laing O’Rourke’s advanced manufacturing facility modular housing project. He holds an MSc from Imperial College London’s Centre for Systems Engineering and Innovation and is a Chartered Engineer with CIBSE
