Eliza Olczyk is a project manager in the New Technologies team at the Schindler elevator company. She received a master's degree from the Technical University of Lodz in Poland in the field of robotics and automatization. She has been working in the elevator industry for eleven years and has been successfully driving innovation through various technical projects over the past five years. One project to highlight is the development of an automated installation platform for an elevator called R.I.S.E. in which she was involved during the prototyping phase. Currently, Olczyk is working with various cooperation partners in the mobility sector to develop a concept for a new form of urban transportation.
