Gwen has 20 years’ experiences in the Glazing and Facade Industry and currently serves as Regional Marketing Manager for Building and Construction for Dow Performance Silicone. As the Asean regional marketing manager, she leads and develop silicon based solutions to increase energy efficiency, sustainability and design performance of building facades.

Prior to joining Dow corning, Gwen was a sales and product manager for a leading glass manufacturer and work closely with various stake holders in the value chain such as architects, consultants, glass processors to recommend and offer solutions on high performance glazing.
