Leif Tore Isaksen has 22 years of experience with fire safety design. This includes many different building types, among these large buildings with wooden construction materials. He was one of the Fire & Safety engineers for the 14-story timber apartment building Treet in Bergen, and he led the work for the fire safety strategy in the 18-story timber building Mjøstårnet, and the 7-story office-building Walle Wood in Oslo. Isakson received his MSc degree in Civil Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in 2000.
