Mark Stante is the Head of Office Development based in Charter Hall’s Sydney office. Mark has 20 years experience in the construction and development industry, specializing in the delivery of mixed-use multi-stage property development projects across the commercial, retail, hotel and residential apartment sectors. He is responsible for the identification and conversion and delivery of new development projects which support the Groups’ wider investment objectives.

Prior to joining Charter Hall, Stante has held senior development roles at Leighton Properties and Brookfield Multiplex covering all aspects of property development from opportunity identification and acquisition, through delivery, to asset management and divestment.
