Grimshaw Architects, Partner | London, United Kingdom
Since joining Grimshaw architects in 1981, Neven has overseen 18 major completed projects, six of them international. He became a Partner in 1991.
He has worked extensively in the commercial sector, having led teams working on the Lloyds TSB Headquarters, the St. Botolph’s Building in the City of London, he led the team that won planning consent for The Minerva Tower and spearheaded the RIBA award winning International Terminal at Waterloo and the Frankfurt Trade Hall.
Neven devotes the majority of his time to design, and he leads Grimshaw’s London office’s internal design review process. He also lectures internationally and writes frequent reviews for architectural magazines. Neven believes that architecture must address multiple social, technical and visual requirements simultaneously to be truly satisfying and stand the test of time.
