Patrick Meijers(1971) is a founding partner of Orange Architects, a multidisciplinary design firm from Rotterdam - The Netherlands, working in the fields of architecture, interior design and urban planning.

Patrick studied architecture and urbanism at the Eindhoven University of Technology - his final project was awarded a first prize in the competition “Building in 2097” and received an honorable mention in the Archiprix (best graduation project) in 1998.

During his studies Patrick worked for Architecture Productions in Eindhoven, where he became familiar with Computer Aided Design.

In 1999 Patrick founded A2STUDIO in Rotterdam, today the leading architectural visualization studio in the Netherlands.

In 2002, together with Ilse Castermans, Patrick founded CIMKA. Since then, CIMKA’s projects have been nominated several times, winning multiple prizes, of which Europan6 and Europan7 are most prominent.

In 2010 Patrick founded Orange Architects, first as a joint venture between 3 Dutch architecture offices, for projects abroad, as of 2013 as an independent studio. Patrick Meijers has participated in various national and international workshops and has been a guest speaker and critic on different occasions
