After graduating from Exeter University in 2002 Ross gained 15 year's industry experience and is now Technical Director with WSP. Driven to excel Ross was the youngest person in his year to obtain MICE in the East of England. Ross is well versed in collaborating closely with architects and communicating with the wider multi-disciplinary team. He has led engineering teams to successfully construct a number of high profile buildings, providing confidence and leadership to those he works with. Ross is Industrial Consultant to University of Leeds School of Civil Engineering helping to advise engineering students on their projects.

Passionately involved in technology and its application to the profession, he champions the uptake of BIM across all his projects. He has developed engineering solutions for a number of complex buildings developing solutions that meet the architectural aspirations whilst solving the engineering and construction logistic challenges. His work includes 22 Bishopsgate, Principal Tower, Kingsgate House and Blavatnik School of Government.
