Rudi Scheuermann has studied architecture in Karlsruhe/Germany and architecture and membrane engineering in Bath UK. He has worked for architects, developers, contractors and engineers in Germany, Netherlands, England and the United States before joining Arup Facade Engineering in London/UK in 2000 with the aim to establish Facade Engineering in Berlin/Germany.
He has developed the German Building Envelope Team and became European and Global Leader of the Building Envelope Team.
Rudi's focus is Facade Engineering and the overriding aim for multidisciplinary design with the aim to enhance sustainability for all kinds of buildings and in particular for tall buildings.
