She has expertise in Design of High-Rise Structures. She has worked on many Supertall and Tall structures around the world. Poduri has gained Global experience through working in Australia, USA, India and Middle East. She has gained valuable knowledge on Design Methodologies and Construction Practices of different regions around the world and strives to deliver efficient and sustainable solutions to the clients on her projects. She has successfully worked and coordinated design on many projects working collaboratively with overseas teams. Over the years she has gained rich experience in wide range of sectors including Mixed Use, Hospitality, Commercial, Retail, Residential, and Aviation.

Some of Poduri's notable projects include – Royal Atlantis, Dubai; DMCC Burj 2020 Upscale Tower, Dubai; Jumeirah Gate Towers, Dubai, Hamad International Airport, Qatar. She also has a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from University of California, Berkeley, USA.
