Wang Shaofeng graduated from Shandong University in1989. He started his CSCEC career since 1991and had served successively as Department Director, Deputy General Manager of the Building Design Institute, Executive Deputy Director of the Technology Center in 8th Division of CSCEC from 1991 to 2003.

Since the end of 2003, he has been contributing to the overseas business of CSCEC by the initial role of General Manager of Overseas Operations in 8thDivision of CSCEC. He had served successively as Vice President, Board Director of 8th Division of CSCEC, Chairman of CECEC Overseas Development Cor. Ltd. from 2006 to 2019.

In 2009, he was awarded International Outstanding Project Manager by International Construction Project Management Union. In 2020, he was awarded International Construction Outstanding Figure by China International Contractors Association.
