Yuji Kato joined Sumitomo Corporation in 1991 and has been engaging in real estate business for more than 30 years. Kato has worked on projects Working experience in Tokyo, Jakarta and New York City, with experience that includes Decks Tokyo Beach, Queens Sq. Yokohama, Harumi Triton Sq., Summitmas Property, Ginza 6, PREX series, and acquisitions of residential and commercial projects in the US. Previously, Kato had assignments in global real estate investment with projects in Indonesia, Vietnam, India, China and the US, and has a current responsibility in the commercial real estate development and investment of office projects in Japan. Kato received a Bachelor degree of engineering (architecture) from the University of Tokyo.
