As Senior Director for Global Strategic Accounts at Otis Elevator Company, Yvonne is leading a global team advancing Otis’ account management competence, capability, and strategy. She is responsible for supporting Otis' worldwide sales organizations and partnering in the coordination and support of serving global customers. She also oversees program development and provides training in the Otis University Business & Sales Leadership Program, Otis’ global sales leadership development program.
Yvonne’s 28-year career includes roles at Otis in product strategy, branch management, sales, field operations, strategic account management, and finance in the United States and Spain.
She joined Otis as a financial planning analyst in Manhattan. She worked in the finance organization for six years in New York, Farmington, CT and Spain. While in the New York Area she also held operational roles of increasing responsibility including territory manager, modernization project manager, and branch manager.
She serves on the Manchester Community College, Connecticut, Foundation Board of Directors.
In December 2001, Yvonne founded the UTC Hispanic Leadership Forum employee resource group. In 2007, she was inducted into the Academy of Women Leaders, YWCA of the City of New York, for outstanding professional achievement, civic commitment and leadership. Yvonne is recognized in the 2013 Corporate Elite: Top 25 Executives by Hispanic Business Magazine.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport and an MBA from Northeastern University.
